Fraiche Food Friday: From My Kitchen

 Remember when I vowed to spend more time in the kitchen making
healthier options of the food I already know and love?

I no longer make "resolutions" anymore per-say, however when I make a 
goal I do my best to stick with it. This time I made Garlic Lime Chicken Fajitas.

 Now don't be too impressed (lol not that you were) because I was got the idea, and
each spice from one of McCormick's "Recipe Inspirations."

After blending all six spices into melted unsalted butter (much easier for your body
to digest than margarine) I coated each piece in the mixture.

 It smelled amazing before even touching the pan and the lack of salt is important to me.
 A quick saute with diced onions and peppers...

Topped with sour cream, shredded cheese and vine ripened tomatoes
all wrapped in Fiber One tortillas.

  1. Yum, this sounds delicious. I love cooking so much, but since I live in a sorority house we don't have access to a kitchen to cook. I would love to try something like this when I visit home though.
