Workout Wednesday: Let's Get Tiny Together

As many of you know, I do my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This includes regular exercise (and tracking it,) getting adequate sleep and making
intelligent decisions regarding what goes into my body.

However, no one is perfect. Daily invites to restaurant after restaurant
for tastings, parties where champagne is endless, it can be a bit tempting for a girl.
Some of my cardinals have been readily broken (we will not talk about them..)
and I'd like to snap things back to where they belong.

Also, I am heading on a mini-vacation with my girls in 23 days and the new man in
my life is in such good shape I would like to feel I am at least on par.

With that said, I have decided to make some serious changes that I will be
chronicling during my Workout Wednesday posts.
All of the deets, the good, bad, ugly, everythang.

To aid me in this, I was offered to participate in the 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge
for health conscious bloggers (check it out if you consider yourself one!)

Having my choice of any of these 5 supplements, I chose the new lifestyle supplement
meant for 30-Day usage, aka the 30 Day Diet

Being partial to natural herbs and preferring to progress as
realistically as possible, this truly seems like a good fit for me.

In addition, I plan on utilizing the Insanity Body Conditioning Workout!

Here's the GOOD PART!
One of you wonderful readers is going to also be able to
select a 90 day supply of the supplement of your choice to aid you in your
permanent weight loss and healthful lifestyle changes.

This is a serious choice and because it is so meaningful
I will not be handling it like I would a typical giveaway.

Instead, email me explaining which product you would
select and how beneficial it will be in helping you achieve your ultimate goal.
I would really like to help a person who feels they need it the most.

Happy Wednesday - I am off to the gym before work!
How are are your current workouts going!?

**N.B. This challenge is sponsored and in addition,
I am being given all products at no cost. **

  3. What an incredible line of products! I tend to stick to workouts, as opposed to herbal products, for keeping my body in shape; so I'll be sitting this one out. But good luck to everyone!

P.S. You are so going to make your goal - and then some. Good luck at the gym!! :)
