I decided to make another attempt at pizza making this weekend. This time, my ingredients were of higher quality and the result, that much more delicious.
I spread the thinnest layer of truffle butter on the crust during preparation which gave it the lightest, most delicious crunch. Then, an almost sweet four cheese tomato sauce was also spread thin. I'm not a girl that likes a lot of sauce.
For toppings; fresh mushrooms, peppers and a bit of onion. Grilled chicken as well before a liberal sprinkling of mozzarella concluded the process. I was in heaven! I plan to attempt this again on whole wheat crust and alternative topping options.
